How to Join the Portal
To register for the portal, you must have a valid email address that belongs to a CYFD approved domain. If you are interested in having your agency email domain approved, please contact SCI at 1-855-333-7233.
How to Register for the CYFD Intake Portal
- From the home page, select 'Make a Report'.
- On the Login screen select 'Sign Up'.
- On the Portal Registration page, provide the required information and submit.
- Install Microsoft Authenticator on a smart phone. With the phone, scan the QR code on the screen to sync with the app. You will have to use the Authenticator application every time you log into the CYFD Intake Portal. See link below for further details.
